I started real estate in 1979 as a salesman, by the end of 1979 I had received my broker's license and also was managing our family-owned office for the ext 13 years. After moving to Cortez in 1990, I became involved in the construction business building new homes and remodeling existing homes. This became so time demanding that I got away from direct real estate listing and selling until 2002, at chich time I became involved full time again.
