Hello! I'm Joyce Bowles and I would like to welcome you to beautiful Southwestern Colorado. Come and enjoy the best!! There's hunting, fishing, boating, biking, hiking, camping, water and snow skiing, golfing, archaeological ruins, public lands and so much more, all with great mountain views, clear blue skies and lots of sunshine.

I have lived in Colorado all my life and have been a resident of the Cortez area since July, 1975. My husband and I have two grown children and two grandchildren.

I have had my real estate license since May, 1989 and received my GRI certification in 1994. During my real estate career I have listed and sold in-town residential, rural residential, farm and ranch land, vacant land, commercial and investment properties. Prior to my real estate career, I spent 18 years in the banking industry and 2 years at a Title Company.

Since beginning my real estate career, I have held several offices for our Board. I have also served on the Ethics and Profession Standards Committee, Multiple Listing Service Committee, Nomination Committee, Past President to our Board of Directors, Instructor for our First-Time Home Buyers classes, Scholarship Committee and Dean Hanson Memorial Golf Tournament Committee. I was "Realtor of the Year" in 1996.

I have found my life as a "realtor" to be very challenging and most rewarding. "Happiness and Satisfaction" are key words for both buyers and sellers and I work hard to achieve this goal. I enjoy my work very much and look forward to helping you.
